Successfully negotiated purchase of $5.5M property in Somerset, NJ.
Managed $1.5M budget retrofit of 80,000 square foot facility, transitioning space to a state-of-the-art learning facility for students with special needs. Obtained all needed approvals for construction and occupancy by coordinating efforts of general contractor, architects, vendors, NJ State Department of Education, and local officials.
Completed project in record time, enabling students to be in new location for the school year. Promoted to School Business Manager role due to exceptional performance throughout project
