• Budgeting and financial management of a Conference Event
• Event protocol, Opening events and special events protocol within the Congresses
• Organization of overall marketing and PR activities
• Communication, preparation of arrival, transport and accommodations of guests
• Post conference / post project activities
• Office management – coordination of daily activities in ARIA Ltd.
• Processing payments, managing invoices and maintaining cost reports
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Tracking and reconciling bank statements, creating cost analysis reports
• Filing, archiving & photocopying of invoices, statements and correspondence
• Cooperation and communication with multiple referent medical institutions in the Republic of Serbia, preparing requirements, memos and other documents and materials, receiving mail, invoices and their records, preparation of required reports, general administrative duties
• Designing, selecting and realizing the spatial infrastructure of the event
• Secretariat of Congress/Conference, electronic and direct registration of participants, on-site management
• Preparation and rallying of the sponsorship exhibition and other aspects of the presentation as well as other interactive forms of exchange between the industry and participants before and during the Conference/Event
• Complete catering of the event
• Cultural-artistic program
• Social program for accompanying persons
