Mattersight, acquired by NICE (https://www.nice.com/) in 2018, provided a SaaS-based call routing solution for contact centers to improve the conversations between callers and agents. The routing solution leveraged an internal database of customer behavioral profiles and data science models to route callers to the agent best suited to handle the customer's unique personality style.
