Magda has been working as a professional coach and consultant since 2010 and specializes in leadership impact, high-performing teams and change/transformation. As a trained psychologist, she has a penetrating insight into her clients’ psychology, underpinned by deep knowledge about the mental mechanisms that make people change and thrive, detailed neuroscience knowledge and psychotherapy models. Prior to her coaching career, she had 15 years of international executive experience with Mars and Procter & Gamble and built expertise in Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, Branding and Communication. In each coaching or consulting assignment, she brings along solid business acumen, expertise in generating growth and craft in influencing across corporate layers, having managed complex P&Ls, teams and stakeholders herself. Magda holds two Masters: in Business Administration and International Trade from École Supérieure des Affaires de Grenoble and a B.Sc in Psychology from Bucharest University.
