• Developing and implementation of SME products and campaigns among the branch network.
• Approving of preferential conditions for credit deals and banking services.
• Managing, analysing and supporting the sales process and the results in SME banking business - companies with annual revenues to TEUR 25 000. The regions that I am responsible for – Sofia East Region and Northwestern Region. The past 3 years I was responsible for Sofia West Region, South Central Region, South Region and Saith East Region.
• Regular meetings with business customers and the management of the Bank. Cooperate with several other departments of the Bank.
• Budgeting – by branches and by products.
• Manage the existing customer relationships. • Identification of potential clients and acquisition of new clients.
• Support and analysis of sale process and results in SME banking business.
• Assaying and development of the market share of UBB in SME segment.
