May. 2023•Maintain and continuously improve JATO Data operation’s processes to make sure they meet evolving customer needs, new product requirements and fit the new organization structure.
•Work closely with Solutions and Partnerships, Technology and Research Hubs to identify the needs for process and tools changes which would support efficient ways of working and high-quality data delivered timely to the customers.
•A point of contact for anyone in JATO looking for answers to the way research works today, or how our research methods need to change in the future.
•Continuously improve JATO Data operation’s processes to make sure they meet evolving product and customer needs and fit the new organization structure.
•Develop & documents Research policies, procedures, and awareness material to support the effective use of information, in line with legal requirements.
•Lead CRM activities for Data Operations, identify needs and improve the tool as well as internal JATO processes related to the CRM system.
•Actively participates Digital Ingest and OEM Data Mapping projects, guide the DI and Data Science Teams with the right data rules and requirements for JATO, use the expertise for analyzing the data.
•Works with Solutions and Partnerships, Technology and Data colleagues to understand new products or changes to existing products and new data requirements, to create implementation plans to roll-out across global Data Operations teams where changes in tools, data sets, ways of working are required.
•Works with Hub Leads, Team Managers, Data Management and Data Quality teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement, analyse and justify improvement projects which deliver tangible outcomes, savings, quality, and efficiency enhancements.
•Provides Specs tooling requirements for Tooling / Data Owner working with Product Delivery Team.
•Challenges the status quo with rigour, effectively identify & present solutions to business / process problem.
