Management of working group leads, including NECS Project and Commissioning staff and external Senior management, Chief officers and Clinicians.
Lead on out of hospital group working within local STP.
Writing and management of Programme Budget.
Programme Reporting both internally and externally, using written documents and in-person presentations.
Oversight of Comms and Engagement.
Drafting of Programme documentation and reports, including procurement specifications, Project roles and responsibilities and job descriptions.
Drafting of programme timeline, budget (to 2020), ToR's and Governance papers.
management of Programme Board, Programme Executive and Working Group Workshops.
Line management and recruitment of a number of staff.
Budget responsibility including, planning, forecasting (accruals etc) and monitoring of spend.
Deputising for the Programme Director
Decision making alongside the PD and SRO of the Programme in areas of spend, resourcing (staff), style and tone of documents and reports.
Production of scenarios, hurdle criteria, evaluation criteria, options appraisal and planning of the Pre-consultation business case and the Decision making business case.
Supporting in the STP and the footprint of the BHP for the CCG's in the footprint of the Programme
Challenging Clinicians and Senior Trust Officers to work collaboratively in the provision of services within the scope of the programme.
Analysis and presentation of data to various groups within NECS, the broader NHS and external stakeholders
