- Managing and mentoring the Product Owner team in APP and Website activities.
- Crafting and executing strategic development initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, including clients, Product Owners, designers, developers, suppliers, senior leadership, and department heads, to address their needs.
- Providing company-wide visibility into our prioritized portfolio.
- Co-creating development strategies with stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
- Shaping business plans for key initiatives.
- Monitoring and aligning OKRs, initiatives, and associated activities.
- Validating product and service viability, considering cost, opportunity, time, and ROI. I bring extensive experience and expertise to ensure our partnership thrives in the dynamic e-commerce world. Key Achievements in 2024:
My primary responsibility in 2024 was to create and lead the execution of the new App & Site plan. Despite initial challenges, I guided the development teams through significant portions of the CMS plan, the new app, and its structuring, supporting the team in navigation activities. - Syte Project: As the main interface for the product recommendation model based on Visual AI, we achieved a model adoption that improved customer experience, bringing additional sales and learning to the company.
- Merge with C&A Pay: I collaborated on planning the accelerated 2024 transition, addressing major challenges and connecting stakeholder needs. This initiative doubled the number of organic users.
