- Handle day to day operations while meeting the SFO’s goal.
- Coordinate, and monitor the workings between the various existing departments.
- Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Ensure to fill in any workflow gaps relating to all departments through resource management
- Manage all family personal needs including but not limited to travelling, education, est while maintaining a strong relationship with all members
- Handle internal SFO manners and follow ups (in terms of vendors/suppliers, orders etc.)
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the level of this post as required by the Managing Partner/CEO and the Director.
- Handle all CEO’s requests and responsibilities relative to office/personnel management - Report to the director for future enhancement and development of operations and/or policies and procedures
Personnel Management
- Manage the recruitment and placement process - Monitor adherence to rules, regulation and procedures.
- Liaison between board, management, and departments.
- Assist in the development, implementation and management of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Maintains a pay plan via Navision - Maintains historical human resource records - Completes HR operational requirements - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- First point of contact for staff on HR matters and questions.
- Manage HR documents - Manage staff leave, sick and TOIL absence
