Nov. 2015 - Nov. 2018Account Management and Business Development Support • Assisting with the operational implementation of new accounts • Assisting with the renewal, up selling and cross selling of existing accounts including direct account management of a set of SME accounts • Provide education to designated clients on the programs specifics through face to face meetings, telephone calls or webex including when relevant: 2. Analysis and Reporting Market intelligence and competitor activity • Client utilization • Market penetration and opportunities • Up sell and cross border opportunities • SalesForce utilization and compliance 3. Salesforce.com • Ensure real time update of all client related activities into Salesforce.com including performing the following activities: • Managing the sales pipeline, from the start of all engagements with prospects/clients, timely updating any changes (i.e. stages, competitors and resolution causes for WON and LOST opportunities) • Tracking of all activities/points of contact with prospects/clients, providing detailed information on what was discussed/decided and on exchanged documents • Ensuring that all owned records (accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc.) are timely and accurately updated • Drive and monitor Salesforce.com usage and adoption • Standard contract preparation, sending, chasing of contract signature, loading of final signed copy into Salesforce.com • Updates to Procedures and Salesforce.com attachments (with Operations & Business Development Managers): Operations and Billing Procedures set-up and maintenance, contracts and Declaration attachments, Authorized persons. 4. Process / Project Management • Provide training to operations as and when required 5. Quality of Service Management
