- Ensure that sales team members are following the established corporate rules and guidelines while using the AMO CRM.
- Monitor and review their activities within the CRM system to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 2. Collecting feedback from customers:
- Interact with customers to gather their feedback on the sales process, product/service satisfaction, and overall customer experience.
- Document and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the sales team. 3. Working with Google Docs and daily compilation of statistics:
- Utilize Google Docs to create and maintain various sales-related documents, such as sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts.
- Compile and analyze daily statistics, including sales figures, conversion rates, and customer acquisition data, to track the department's performance. 4. Monitoring sales managers' performance:
- Regularly evaluate the performance of sales managers by reviewing their sales activities, targets, and results.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses, provide constructive feedback, and suggest training or development opportunities to improve their performance. 5. Providing weekly KPI analysis per employee:
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each sales team member on a weekly basis.
- Assess their individual performance against set targets and objectives, highlighting areas of success and areas that need improvement.
- Present the KPI analysis in a clear and concise manner, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance individual and team performance.
