Jan. 2008 - Sep. 2010Czech Republic and HungaryRecruitment of new Mac Customer Service Employees and Business Managers • Creation and implementation of development strategy for the region (50-60 artists with 6 managers in CZ and HU in 6 locations)
• Identifying and enhancing stills level of M.A.C. artists
• Evaluating training and sales needs and delivering training and sales solutions
• Suggesting methods of addressing training
• Setting up independent ideas and concepts, discussing departmental developments and coaching and supporting artists
• Provide information regularly to Managers
• Regular store visits • Ensure educational objectives of artist training are met
• Facilitation of the core training including Basic Training, Creative Workshops, M·A·C Update, Orientation, Ultimate Make-Up Seminars.
• Assisting with special community projects, special events seminars and media events.
• General administration and reporting
