● Ensure clients receive regular communications regarding the status of long-running
support issues
● Provide technical on-site support to clients around the country
● Collect comprehensive information about client sites, relevant to first word
installations
● Install the First Word client-side ecosystem at client sites
● Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for installation and support client visits
● As an owner of the installation process, I am responsible for maintaining and
enhancing installation documentation
● Troubleshoot PC, operating system and networking issues that interfere with the
operation of First Word software
● Collate information provided by the 3rd line support, and provide feedback to clients
● Provide training to clients
● Ensure training documentation is up to date with software changes
● Gain competence in spreadsheet tools in order to imports leads, and train others to
do so
