Sep. 2014 - Jan. 2017I teach a one hour class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6pm to 7pm. The program I have designed involves High Intensity Interval Training for the first part of the class. In this portion we work on cardio and muscle strength/endurance by completing 4 sets of Tabatas. After that we move into a series of Cardio Kickboxing techniques where we practice skills on a heavy bag. We do a simple warm up, then at least three rounds each three minutes long of striking drills. After this portion of the class is completed we go into core work, doing various ab and lower back exercises. Then, a final cool down stretch!
