Working with virtualization and physical servers and applications, working with VMWare ESXI, Citrix and Hyper-V. Managing and maintaining the AD structure for the region, working with Office 365, AZURE, Managing and maintaining all the group tools like (SAP, Sharepoint, SQL, Networking, Electronic invoice, Access and Security related tools, etc...) Managing all the Service Desk requests, SLAs and KPIs of the region, acting in order to avoid the recurrent problems, and implementing solutions aligned with the heat-map that the incidents management indicate. Managing and administrating all the IT projects for the region, and also responsible for the CAPEX/OPEX for Chile, migrating all projects to the Agile Method. Working in a 24/7 environment focused in the results and the continuous operation.
