Designing events using a detailed itinerary platform which also includes the design of a season long tournament schedule for 2025. Managing membership queries from bookings through to all cancellation requests - detailing each conversation through our CRM platform and spreadsheets. Furthermore analysing data on a weekly basis to proactively achieve the targets set.
