I've worked in marketing for a decade, which is how I got the knack for operations on the side. Marketing needs processes to work. I enjoy putting my Director of Operations hat on to solve specific problems for clients. I take the same puzzle-solving skills to the brands I build, because ultimately, building a brand requires following clear brand guidelines (which are more than hex codes and fonts, mind you).
