Food manufacturing. • 2015 – Responsibility for Ready Meals and Dairy Operations, established management teams and KPIs. • 2016 – took responsibility for the Farm operation as well. Completed Synergy process with management teams. Operational performance quantifiably improved on previous year. • 2016-2017 – In addition to existing responsibilities, established new Flexibles factory from project inception to full production, commissioned on time in budget. • 2017 – Retain responsibility for Ready meals, Dairy, Farm and Flexibles. Relocation and integration of snacking operations onto one site in order to comply with Woolworths requirements (recent acquisition). • 2017-2019 – large scale project to extend Ready meals factory and upgrade services (refrigeration, electrical) to incorporate the snacking operation into Ready Meals. Successfully integrated 2019. • Developed Farm future state towards World Class – building & civils, genetics and reproduction, sustainability and equipment – 10 year plan.
