Aug. 2015 - Feb. 2021São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil• Responsible for the business concept and structuring the startup, initially overseeing Products and Technology, and from 2018 onwards also incorporating the Marketing area, directly responsible for the P&L of these departments.
• Led the design and technological development of the platform, selecting and managing software factory, enabling the operation to launch within 6 months. The development process included application selection for API integration, strategic evaluation and decisions on technologies used, as well as defining verticalization and outsourcing for various structures according to the digital maturity of each process.
• Managed operations, achieving revenues exceeding R$4 billion in 2020.
• Created the portfolio of digital products, customizing them for a portfolio of over 100 small, medium, and large-sized transportation companies.
• Designed the structure, hired and developed a multidisciplinary team, and led both direct and indirect teams.
• Responsible for the strategy, management, and increasing profitability of direct and indirect channels, including the sale of financial products for individual and corporate clients, offering Working Capital, Personal Loans, Receivables Anticipation, among others, and services such as Insurance, Assistance, and Healthcare.
• Designed and developed a POS application for closed-loop payment arrangements, including merchant accreditation and physical distribution on a national scale, even in rural areas. Adapted the application for loading wallet chip technology.
• Designed and developed a toll application (wallet chip technology) with versions for PC and POS systems.
• Conceived, created, and launched the Pagbem app, reaching 35% organic downloads among individual clients in the first 6 months, with over 50,000 active users.
• Approved and represented Pagbem before the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) and AMPEF, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulations.
