This was a multi phased, multi-year implementation. Products included Vantive (now Peoplesoft / Oracle), Goldmine, ACT, Great Plains, Outlook, SLH, Compaq/HP, Cambridge Partners integration. • Developed the first vacation email module for OVVM/PROFS using CMS/CP Rexx & Xedit as primary products. • Led the overall direction of development of outsourced IM/IT, including RFP, RFI, RFQ processes, sourcing, contract negotiation, service level agreements and management to ensure deliverables for Union Energy • Led a strategic survey of all Best Buy systems to identify development success and gaps between deliverables and requirements 5 and 10 years out.
