Jul. 2008 - Jun. 2014Director of Infant Neuroimaging lab, spearheading the CHOP site for two rounds of a multi-site longitudinal grant investigating infant brain development, with strong people and project management skills. Built the entire infant testing infrastructure in a new center from scratch. • Led multidisciplinary team of clinicians, research assistants and fellows as Co-PI of 2 large NIH network grants with over $1.5 million in funding, leading to over 40 papers and presentations. • Built infant testing program at the Center for Autism Research as founding member, including eye-tracking, standardized testing, and brain imaging. • Strategic planning: as founding member and director for Infant Neuroimaging Lab developed scientific and clinical goals for new Center for Autism Research at CHOP; as member of Health and Behavior Research Affinity Group, Steering Committee, CHOP • Mentored students and staff, who presented at international conferences and secured places in leading graduate programs including: Perelman School of Medicine University of Pennsylvania, Thomas Jefferson University, University of Miami, University of Maryland. • Planned and evaluated a program to streamline early screening for ASD in the community as site PI of National Children’s Study Formative Research Project.
