• Manage good communication with senior leaderships, departmental heads, and other project stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment, risks and issues are addressed and escalated properly.
• Provide progress updates, key findings and support to C-Level and board on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Propose an implementation approach; ensure our team to deliver the project based on our methodology; and encourage members of project for collaborative approach to produce the project deliverables.
• Manage and track economics parameters for the assigned projects; and ensure the overall project is delivered within quality, time and budget parameters given. Business Process Re-engineering and Operational Improvement.
• Oversee and improve current operational workflow/processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and productivity.
• Eliminate or combine less-value and redundant/repetitive activities and shift into activities which will provide higher value for the streamlined end-to-end process.
• Develop and manage SOP & Work Instruction (WI) and new operations initiatives based on leading practice and trends in technology and development. Strategic Management.
• Provide effective short, medium, and strategical recommendations with clear roadmap and target
• Define the ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with the agreed metrics and goals.
• Support the development and implementation of strategy based on findings from internal and external drivers such as, profitability, customer expectations, market trends and competitors.
• Monitor the roll out of business initiatives / MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
• Gather relevant information (from internal & external stakeholders) and conduct necessary market analysis.
