• Brand development and management, multiple brands
• Social media strategy, account management and asset creation
• Working with communications team to develop marcomms strategies for maximum press coverage
• Development of content plans, calendars and content marketing strategies
• Content creation and editing across articles, video scripts, brochures, infographics
• Working with SMEs to edit content and improve readability and SEO scoring
• Developing alumni communications plans to increase cross-programme engagement and deliver marketing qualified leads
• Developing delegate engagement plans that improve event attendance and app adoption
• Creating event marketing strategies for the full lifecycle from branding to launch to on-site to post-event • Creation of automated email communications programmes • Briefing and managing relationships with internal and external support resources; design, copy, website and IT teams, plus branding, search, and communication agencies • Management of line report • Senior stakeholder management and reporting • Campaign and website analytics using Google Analytics
• Project management of marketing, communications, design, content, website, engagement, sales and technical projects using Agile methodology
• Active role on employee voice committee
