Being a high performing partner, I always hit my targets comfortably. The other aspects of this role were to deal with customer queries, issues, etc. I found diplomacy, a caring nature, and a good listening ear were perhaps the key ingredients with customer service. I enjoyed this aspect of the role, as I had direct contact with the general public. Dealing with different customers every day at the busiest times of the year resulted in my customer service skills continually improving.
