Jan. 2018London, United KingdomOclas Foundation is a Not For Profit Charity for the children of this world, especially those who have gone through the trauma of losing a parent and have to leave with the harsh realities of this day in and day out. Some of the support we offer include: Bereavement Support Education, including international sponsorship and scholarships Accommodation and Housing Mentoring and social support for children Many of you know how much I enjoy taking pictures. Many have asked what I do with my pictures, etc. Over the past few years, I have been building a portfolio with plans to use it for a charitable cause. I have been waiting for the right moment, but the recent loss of a very close friend made me realise that there is no time like the present. Giving back has always been something I am passionate about. I try to use my hobbies to support as many as possible. For example, this is what drew me to the Charity Golf Club www.charitygolfclub.org which was a platform set up to raise funds doing what I love to do, playing golf. The Charity Golf Club raised over £15,000 for various charities worldwide. Some of these charities include CAFOD, Transhaven Seaside Fund, Sickle Cell Society, and Transformation Powerhouse. In Africa, we raised funds for the Mary Slessor Foundation, where we set up a community centre for the locals and provided avenues for them to trade to raise funds for themselves. In Zimbabwe, we embarked on a water project, where we provided water to the community for the locals. The time is now right for me to use my passion for photography for another charitable pursuit. I will like you to join me as we see the world through the lens of #onliskcarew and join hands to raise funds and support #oclasfoundation, a not-for-profit foundation set up to cater for children from single-parent homes.

Business Improvement Consultant
Thames WaterBusiness Improvement Consultant
Jan. 2016 - Dec. 2016United KingdomAs a consultant, my role was to help a company improve its customer satisfaction and SIM score. I achieved this by developing and documenting the AS-IS customer journeys and interactions, which involved examining the existing processes, data, and technologies. I identified the issues that negatively impacted satisfaction and SIM score, and then proposed HL TO-BE customer journeys that would enhance customer satisfaction and improve SIM score. Once I had developed the HL TO-BE customer journeys, I presented them to senior management, quantifying the potential benefits for each opportunity identified during engagements with stakeholders and users. I prioritised and detailed an approach for key interventions that would have the most significant impact on the benefit to the business. This enabled the company to focus on the most effective strategies and maximise their impact. As part of my role, I also developed a High Level (HL) customer segmentation for the Infrastructure Alliance. This involved identifying the primary risks and issues affecting customer perception and SIM score, as well as identifying a prioritised list of opportunities and initiatives. I then shared this information with senior management for business decision-making. Overall, my approach involved a thorough analysis of the existing processes, data, and technologies, followed by the identification of opportunities for improvement. I then proposed solutions and prioritised the most effective strategies to maximise the benefit to the business. By doing so, I helped the company improve its customer satisfaction and SIM score, which in turn generated more business and increased customer loyalty.
