I guide people back to their centre. As a coach and mentor I support individuals and couples in creating conscious relationships with themselves and with each other. My work blends nervous system regulation ritual energy healing and psychology to help clients release old patterns and step into clarity confidence and purpose. I work privately with clients online or from a sanctuary studio in my garden. I also mentor change-makers who want to step into leadership without losing their soul in the process. Before this chapter I spent years curating high-end experiences across the luxury lifestyle world. My career taught me how to translate desire into detail and how environment shapes behaviour and wellbeing. That eye for refinement now lives in everything I do from the tone of our sessions to the way I hold space for transformative work. Alongside coaching I curate intimate retreats in extraordinary natural locations. These are invitations to slow down reconnect with the body and remember what matters. I design experiences that nourish the nervous system awaken creativity and help people return home to themselves. My retreats are deliberately small and deeply personal because real transformation thrives in closeness.
