The team's primary role is to ensure all digital campaigns are built and launched accurately, and on time. They also provide the sales teams monthly reporting, including campaign performance analysis, and product recommendations/up-sell opportunities. Drive digital revenue performance across all the sales channels โ by improving digital product offerings, launching new products and retiring ineffective products. Develop strategies to ensure the success of all phases of product life-cycle โ conception, definition, launch, procedures, post-launch maintenance, quality assurance and feedback. Structure timelines, budgets, expectations of products with Director of Advertising and managers. Develop processes with Vendors/Ad Ops/Client Services Manager for specific product procedures to ensure efficiency, quality and ease of use. Coordinate and compile training directives/launches with training director and vendors. Continuously manage, evaluate and streamline processes from sale to analytics of products. Work closely with the Digital Specialists, Digital Account Coordinators to train and coach the sales organization on these product offerings and work as the primary liaison with all vendor partners. This position has a responsibility for growth and performance of the video revenue line specific to show sponsorships and pre-roll video performance. Works to secure new sponsorships with the sales teams, focuses on how to fully monetize the editorial video show suite.
