I have a good understanding of complex tech, engineering and manufacturing businesses as they grow, evolve, open in new regions or introduce new products. I have worked in many parts of the world across a range of businesses and sectors from digital technology, oil and gas, and renewable energy, to transport, aviation, satellite connectivity and land regeneration. During this time I have worked with organisations and their leaders to define a clear strategic roadmap of realistic milestones that build a business’s credibility each step of the way towards their end goal whether that be growth, investment, political support or even a long-term IPO. Many businesses struggle because they do not have a clear and credible business proposition that investors, customers, partners, the media and, even their own sector, can understand. Dominic’s diverse leadership experience, that includes the entire marketing communications and corporate affairs mix, places him in a unique position to deliver truly integrated strategies that help businesses focus on a powerful narrative and proposition to create a consistent and strong position in the open market place. He works with businesses, and their leaders, to help them identify their ’North Star’’, clarify their core benefits to the markets they need to win in and define a consistent, credible and powerful narrative. Dominic is currently the fractional Chief Corporate Affairs officer for Highview Power where he was key in supporting a £300million fundraise and continues to advise the business on media and government engagement for the UK’s 2030 energy transition ambitions. My strategy has helped to put the business on the government agenda taking the business right to the door of the Prime Minister and Energy Minister; gain credibility across the energy sector; and achieve extensive media coverage with the energy, national and international media. Prior to this I worked in the aviation connectivity sector and was responsible for developing a strategy to take Inmarsat
