Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. Responsibilities include directing all HR functions for the organization including recruitment/staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, policies/procedures, compliance, safety and training. Major initiatives include selecting and moving 401(k) plan to new vendor and third party administrator, installation of an HRIS system, complete FLSA review and adjustments, revision of Performance Appraisal system, development of salary bands and initiating and executing a twelve-month training program for all supervisors.
