This involved researching and identifying potential leads, making outbound calls, and building rapport with potential customers to generate interest in our solar products and services. I also collaborated closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing sales. Other tasks included tracking and reporting on call metrics and results, and continuously improving my sales techniques through ongoing training and development. Success in this role required excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a self-driven and goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing market and customer needs.
