I wrote comprehensive project plans, scopes, milestones, and other related documentation. I led local and remote teams comprised of business systems analysts, network and systems engineers, project coordinators, principal architects, and software developers in daily operations. I developed small- and large-scale ideas for innovative applications as part of change management. I allocated project resources and duties among my team members. I collaborated with in-house and third-parties to meet all project goals and milestones. I met with C-level executives and project stakeholders to deliver project status updates, expense reports, and other project-related matters for full transparency. ★ I coordinated the Schedule Engine to cloud-based technology migration by overhauling legacy equipment and enabling near real-time flight schedule changes in emergencies to minimize passenger arrival delays. ★ I eliminated redundancy in transaction front- and back-end to streamline airline purchases including upgrades, tickets, and additional services to meet customer needs as part of the Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) program, and I delivered the EMD project foundation within the $8M budget, placing it on track for completion by December 2020. ★ I generated a 60% increase in revenue, airline operational efficiency, and customer service improvements by closely managing development and deployment for customer-centered technologies. ★ I developed new project reporting templates and adjusted existing templates to secure key initiatives, improve PMO operational standards, and drive efficiency by 150%.
