To this purpose, my responsibility was to work with various teams throughout the value chain, enhance leadership in safety practices and mitigate health and safety risks associated with our overall operations. Moreover, I managed how safety measures beyond the confines of its breweries, extending these precautions to encompass the sales and marketing activities often overlooked in safety discussions. These areas, perceived as "routine," are in fact fraught with underappreciated risks due to their repetitive and mundane. My objective was to leverage data analytics to identify and mitigate the highest safety risks within MBI operations. This involved integrating considerations of safety, security, and human rights into everyday operational practices, ensuring a holistic approach to safeguarding our workforce across all facets of the business. Here, people at the heart of the company, and so I grow together with organization in our health & wellbeing framework, maintaining paramount aspect of our people: their psychological safety. In the acceleration of business, my role was to establish Occupational Safety integration with Quality Management System, and grew the scope to other cargo terminals across Angkasa Pura II region. Outside the airport scope, I supported Logistic Services & Infrastructure Projects in the preparation stage through safety and environment risk management.

I participated in incident investigations with managers and supported CAPA monitoring for respective department as well as cascaded learnings across the organization. - Selected as join auditor with SMEs for Lifting Audit to all departments.

Aug. 2013 - Jul. 2014Badak, East Borneo, IndonesiaOpportunity of working in field, in the perspective business of PSC. Maintained HSE management system of Operational Support and Field Transport Departments. Operational Support Department was in charge for pre and post drilling activities: land survey and clearing, land preparation, waste management (domestic and hazardous), and land rehabilitation. Field Transport Department was in charge for land, air and water transport infrastructure and fleet management (including fabrication maintenance). I was in charge for operational part of the system by provided technical advisory and assurance and built safety conversation with workers on site, trained contractors of basic safety training and cascaded HSE learnings to all employees, surveillance of contractor safety management system, engaged leaders on their ownership of CAPA.

As the major contractor, my role was to bridge the landlord or Production Sharing Contract owner, with other contractors and subcontractors below us, through reports of leading and lagging indicators, conducted internal and support external audits, maintained training need analysis and support refresh training session for off-duty employees. I arranged all of documentation above, packed and delivered to future client's to prove our commitment and ownership of Contractor Safety Management System.
