Maintained HSE management system of Operational Support and Field Transport Departments. Operational Support Department was in charge for pre and post drilling activities: land survey and clearing, land preparation, waste management (domestic and hazardous), and land rehabilitation. Field Transport Department was in charge for land, air and water transport infrastructure and fleet management (including fabrication maintenance). I was in charge for operational part of the system by provided technical advisory and assurance and built safety conversation with workers on site, trained contractors of basic safety training and cascaded HSE learnings to all employees, surveillance of contractor safety management system, engaged leaders on their ownership of CAPA.
