My role is to manage the client implementation, estimate scope of work, establish project governance, plan, resource, report on, manage budgets and deliver. Achievements:
• Manager of Avoka’s key account, Bankwest
• Delivered stressed and previously mismanaged Victoria Police project valued at $2m and Rest Superannuation project valued at $500K by putting the correct project management controls in place, such as defect management, change control processes • Delivered an additional 7 smaller projects across various tier one banking and Government agency clients Role:
• Delivered bespoke Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, customised to suit the client style and size of project using Agile, Waterfall as well as a hybrid of methodologies
• Created tailored project management controls used for creating client understanding and clear guidelines for engagement
• Demonstrate strong problem resolution skills e.g., management and delivery of 270 defects • Managed the project estimation process: high level design documentation, exploratory workshops, requirements specifications, development, testing, portal creation, user experience styling, testing, deployment
• Assist clients in implementing technology solutions in a cost-effective way, by understanding the requirements of their goals, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, partners and developers
• Build strong working relationships with Sales team, working collaboratively to deliver pre-sales presentations and projects • Work collaboratively with other Implementation Managers and Client Service staff to trouble shoot resource contention issues across all projects
