• Conduct outside sales activities and customer contact in the commercial sales market through various communication measures such as telephone contact, face-to-face, product demonstrations, and product launches. • Work closely with store managers and internal business group personnel to meet product assortment goals and overall sales growth goals by store. • Lead training sessions with store personnel to ensure high level of accuracy.
• Manage and control expenses within agreed upon budget. • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. • Plan, carry out, and support local marketing activities and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities such as product launches, promotions, advertising, and product demonstrations. • Provide the highest level of customer service in responding to customer complaints; escalate issues to appropriate personnel as required.
