With a servant’s heart and an entrepreneurial mindset, I thrive on transforming organizations and community programs through strategic development and effective implementation of administrative, financial, and operational systems. I’ve established my own consulting practice, where I help clients enhance their programs by conducting thorough organizational needs assessments, developing tailored strategies, and optimizing internal and external visibility opportunities. One of my proudest achievements was generating a 15% increase in leads through a newly developed marketing strategy and an impactful email campaign. In my previous roles, I trained eight new hires in just six months, contributing to our team’s success by achieving 80% of a $550k sales quota—selling products that had previously gone unsold. I also organized and led regional events for both existing and prospective customers, creating valuable connections within our community. My commitment to equity in education drives me to develop comprehensive program plans, such as the 20 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) enablement sessions I created for over 500 high school leaders in collaboration with the Department of Education. I’ve had the opportunity to present critical disciplinary and academic data to district leadership and think tanks, helping inform changes to the Chancellor's Regulations on discipline and state testing from 2020 to 2022.
