Jan. 2024 - Jun. 2024* Hired very late in a technical migration project in the context of a recent business merge between Ranbury Management Group (Brisbane-based) and RP Infrastructure (Sydney-based). Key line of business: Construction Project Management and Cost Engineering/Advisory services). * Re-engaged Key external stakeholders. The project execution phase had been delayed twice before I commenced. I quickly identified and established strong relationships with those stakeholders, established their information needs and other requirements, re-established working relations between the key external stakeholders and managed to successfully deliver the migration (migration/consolidation of two Azure tenancies into one and establishing domain trusts between two local MS AD domains). * Completed the onboarding to RPI’s new primary MSP. As a consequence, also ended up with an additional deliverable- a consolidated ICT Asset Management System. * Delivered the combined entity's first fit-for purpose hardware ICT Asset Management System (based on Ralph3), replacing 12 asset-related spreadsheets. * Consolidated the domain name registration environment to one provider (MelbourneIT) from multiple registrants. * Lead an implementation project for an office desk reservation system (Tactic) in the Brisbane office, standardizing all RPI main offices on the same reservation system. * Redesigned and implemented internal communications via a complete overhaul of the internal email distribution list/group environment. Removed many on-prem/hybrid legacy lists, recreated all lists in Azure (cloud-based), based on new company structure and location-based requirements.
