As of the end of February, the tally stands at over 120,000 volunteers dispatched to aid over 1,000 farmers in critical situations. My roles : - "Customer" mapping and strategy : identifying the several types of volunteers and define a target-based approach to maximize the number of volunteers (3 main targets : corporates, education stakeholders, individuals) - HQs management : recruitment and training of volunteers, priorities definition (daily, weekly, monthly), distribution of workload among the various headquarters.
