Team S&I, team responsible for all services and integrations within the microservices landscape. Davinci Close, PostNL, Zylab and CIC, among others, are linked within this landscape by a service bus.
Team MSP, team responsible for the realization of the multi-user-facing portal.
Team Focum, responsible for the further development and management of the products Smart Collect, Subsequent payment, Risk Portal, Preventel, Guarantee cheque and Agility.
Team Datastores, team responsible for the maintenance and management of the existing Datawarehouse and realization of the new Datawarehouse within the Microsoft Azure stack.
Team CDM, team responsible for building our canonical data model, design databases and definition of message traffic for interfacing.
Team VF Legacy, responsible for the maintenance and management of all Legacy applications such as EuroDossier, Daybreak and all data exchange and portals.
Until April 2018 also responsible for the management of the Business Consultants team. Partly based on my advice, this team has moved to a more independent position within the company. Introduction of Agile working, Scrum, TDD, Microsoft Azure and Microservices architecture. Creator of the model that combines Prince 2 working method with working according to Scrum.
