Built team to 6 people, reporting directly to CEO and responsible for presenting monthly and quarterly lead generation goals to board of directors. - Reduced voluntary churn from 11.7% to 3.9% over 11 month period and increased average transaction size 5X over 6 month period through implementation of trial conversion model and annual plan pricing strategy. - Responsible for RFP, implementation and management of HubSpot Enterprise-level software, including their COS system and Salesforce integration, resulting in generation of 15,153 new leads in 12 month period. - Devised inbound sales appointment booking process creating 1,253 inbound sales appointments in 2015. - Strategized and implemented SEO plan resulting in improvement from unranked to 3rd in organic search for #1 keyword, “personal trainer software”, among other search terms. - Implemented Facebook advertising and retargeting strategy. Created 500+ ads for Facebook, Google, Linkedin, Twitter and AdRoll, including image sourcing, copywriting, audience segmentation and implementation of ad buying automation software. - Strategized, wrote and produced 13 e-books & pieces of downloadable content plus corresponding landing pages, marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing emails contributing to aforementioned lead generation results. - Produced 35 episodes and hosted 2 episodes of the amSTATZ Fitness Business Podcast on weekly basis featuring fitness industry leaders and inventors. - Responsible for content strategy as well as writing, production and publishing of over 175 blog posts contributing to 3,445 new free trials and over 70,000 unique page views in 2015. - Developed conference and convention strategy, including financial model, for “The amSTATZ FitTech Symposium”, a multi-day conference highlighting tech’s impact on the fitness industry.
