I have also performed sustainability consulting, preliminary energy modeling, and LEED strategy and documentation. Projects included work on multiple phases of the Inova Loudoun Hospital Master Plan expansion including a new 7-story patient tower, as well as Penn Medicine's new 16-story Patient Pavilion in Philadelphia. Both projects are currently under construction. I also participated in the programming and planning phases of the HDR Arlington Design Studio, which has been awarded numerous industry accolades including LEED Platinum, a Corporate Award from the IIDA, and a lighting award from the IES.
