I am a remote Sourcing/Recruiting Specialist with over 10 years of experience. Prior to that I was a teacher for 15 years. I specialize in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. I'm looking to assist your organization on a contingency basis. I will supply you with qualified resumes from my effective marketing plan advertising for open roles as well as the more subtle approach of sourcing passive candidates. I prescreen each candidate, send you an easy to read resume where you will get a great view of each person's skills and qualifications along with an introduction summary. I can also coordinate the interview process for your organization in order to make things run smoothly for both you and the candidate. I would also be open to partnering with other agencies working a split-fee agreement.
