Kait is a marketing professional with extensive experience in integrated comms strategy, brand building, creative strategy and influencer marketing. Her most recent experience was as the Director of Global Consumer Engagement for COVERGIRL at Coty, Inc. in New York, where she led the global brand strategy encompassing advertising creative, social content, digital advocacy, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce. Her role involved overseeing seasonal product launches and developing comprehensive digital advocacy strategies that were integral to COVERGIRL’s communication efforts. She managed a talented team to execute innovative marketing initiatives that resonated with a diverse consumer base across various regions, including North America, Latin America, and Australia. Previously, she held the position of Associate Director at Grey Advertising, where she was responsible for influencer and content creation across several categories, including CPG, health-care, and financial services. Her collaboration with industry leaders in developing social strategies and campaigns has solidified her reputation within the marketing community. She has also contributed to key corporate initiatives, including partnerships with TikTok, SnapChat, and YouTube. With a background that includes experiential marketing and sponsorship activation, She has successfully managed multi-million dollar budgets and client relationships for high-profile brands and events, including ESPN’s major sports initiatives and Comcast’s Olympic campaigns. Her experiences have equipped her with the ability to devise compelling marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
