I worked to ensure candidates had a smooth experience throughout the process by keeping communication clear, timely, and professional. Supporting the team with this level of coordination allowed us to stay organized and make efficient hiring decisions. I also took charge of posting job advertisements on various platforms, including general career websites, university and college career portals, and internship websites. To build stronger connections with potential talent, I established and nurtured relationships with universities and colleges, helping to support both internship programs and long-term recruitment efforts. These partnerships were key to building a consistent pipeline of candidates while positioning the organization as a trusted opportunity for students and recent graduates. Beyond recruitment, I organized virtual global conferences by utilizing social media platforms like LinkedIn to invite speakers, attendees, and sponsors. These events not only expanded the organization’s reach but also provided opportunities for valuable connections. I also handled the full onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they felt supported and well-prepared as they transitioned into their roles. Through these experiences, I was able to contribute to creating a more connected, efficient, and positive HR environment.
