Planning of high-end wine dinners, lunches, trips, tours, masterclasses, tastings, in partnership with the winemakers and according to the sales calendar (venues search and selection, brief and negotiation with the venue, marketing briefs to the communication team to promote the event, creation of the invitation(s), creation of the events and their description on our platform, follow up of the promotion and social networks posts, selection of the wines with the winemakers, selection of the menus, food and wine pairings, contacts with the guests, tracking of the RSVPs, follow up post events…)

Apr. 2019 - May. 2023France, LyonEvents manager: organization of all European events for very high profile clientele, wine collectors and HNWI (dinners and lunches all over Europe, most of the time in partnership with LVMH Private and Netjets to promote the sales). Organization of luxury themed weekends in wine regions (Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rioja). Organization of bidding parties (live bidding for clients). Organization of visits and tastings in domaines/châteaux. Consignment advisor: client facing activity. I took care of every aspect of a consignment in partnership with the client and the wine specialists (pricing of a list, contract terms, transport, authentication process, catalog pictures…) Sale coordinator: Management of all aspects of the organization of an auction.
