Within their digitalization department, our team was specialized in the corporate segment. At this project, I had different Roles. Product Owner With my role as a Product Owner of their mobile payment application for corporate clients, I helped define and implement the vision for this platform. Together with our stakeholders, the roadmap was developed. The backlog was followed up and with the vision in mind, priorities were set for upcoming projects. Together with Management, the Project Managers, the User Experience, and the development team, we made sure the clients needs were met within the vision of the Bank.

In the last period, they transitioned to SAFe 5.0. As a Project Manager, I had the opportunity to follow-up and lead different projects within their web and mobile application payment platform for the corporate segment. We improved these payment platforms. The web payment platform migrated to a new technology. We introduced new features and third parties. The mobile payment platform underwent a redesign.
