Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to) managing the helpdesk queue and respond to user requests, manage all servers (including Exchange, Citrix, print, and major file servers with SQL database-driven applications), and maintain all networking hardware, including switches, firewalls, and all voice and data communication circuits. IT Project Management tasks include logistical planning and scheduling for Gettry Marcus HQ & satellite office relocations; new software testing and implementation for secure mobile device management solutions (MDM), and research and build new server infrastructure and policies for a secure and highly stable server environment, amongst several other PM tasks. Train new staff on Gettry Marcus network as well as work with junior IT technicians on training and level 1 helpdesk inquiries and resolutions. Manage all IT expenditures, including cellular, data, and voice circuit accounts.
