PROJECT CONTRIBUTIONS STEAMbrace aims to bridge the current gender gap in STEM fields with the creation of a coordination Alliance at European level and development of numerous networking and educational activities using creative thinking and an evidence-based approach. The project novel STEAM actions and solutions and scientific findings with an interdisciplinary, inter-regional and multi-actor consortium that will contribute to: - Monitor the level of STEAM education in Europe
- Boost the networking and clustering among STEAM stakeholders
- Develop cutting-edge StTEAM activities and trainings for both students and educators
- Deliver best practices, policy recommendations for the sustainable reproducibility of the STEAM solutions.
- Provide a common digital networking platform for students and stakeholders, to support EC ambitions. ****
WiTEC SWEDEN brings together proactive women of all ages. We aim to strengthen the drive of women in male-dominated professional fields. We inspire through exciting interdisciplinary meetings, EU projects, competence training, and mentorship. WiTEC is the obvious organization for conscious global drive and creativity in technology, natural sciences, IT, mathematics, and industrial design. We create meeting places where students, recent graduates, and experienced professional women can connect with businesses, organizations, and companies in Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM). As a member of WiTEC, you not only have access to our events and projects but also stay informed about current events in STEM, both in Sweden and the EU, and become part of a broad international network. WiTEC Sweden is part of WiTEC EU, an organization with a presence in nine countries.
