Worked with the CEO on each of these Proformas to ensure he approved and provided any insight from a leadership perspective that would change the way we priced a program. • Analyze monthly financial results across 7 service lines. The analysis compares actuals (MTD, QTD, YTD) to forecast and budget. • Present financial findings and operational changes monthly to C-Suites utilizing Excel and PowerPoint. • Prepare monthly financial forecast and annual budget. • Analyze gross margin by facility to ensure we maintain profitability for each of our programs and communicate with operation leaders monthly about any concerns. • Produce ad hoc requests for practice administrators, CFO, and CEO to view data in different ways and uncover the root cause of specific issues. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Communication: As a Finance Manager one of the most important skills I have learned is communicating with leaders above and below my role. I had the opportunity to work with the CFO and CGO daily on Proformas ensuring we priced programs at a healthy margin, while also taking into account anything they knew from a sales or relationship side of the equation with particular clients. In addition, I worked daily with the practice administrators and service line chiefs to provide financial insight into operational changes they were hoping to initiate and ways to improve the overall profit margin for each service line. Presentations: I formally present the financial results for seven service lines monthly to the executives. I have learned ways to communicate information in a way that everyone can understand without getting too technical.
