• Perform daily bank reconciliations and reconciliations for all accounts in Blackline
• Prepare and record daily cash deposits to local bank
• Initiated global communication to align, simplify, and grow the worldwide company
• Audit purchase orders to ensure accuracy of financial statements each month
• Process and file 1099’s for all qualified vendors
• Led the weekly payment process ensuring on-time payments and exceptional customer service • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements for management to review and release within and outside the company ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Improving Processes: During the time I have been at McCormick, I have been able to improve processes and find more efficient ways of performing tasks saving over 50 hours of work. • Customer Service: While working closely with the Accounts Payable department as we transitioned these tasks, I was able to ensure we responded with beneficial information to customers in a timely manner, complete Pay Runs weekly, and provide all necessary information needed • Teamwork: I worked with our company globally to determine the root cause of issues, plan and execute projects to improve efficiency and assisted co-workers when needed.
