Daily contacting customers and getting contacted by them, writing personalized emails on a day to day basis, because templates are usefull, but miss the human touch, which I consider more important. Keeping up with tasks, cases, creating disputes and follow up with Area or Portfolio Managers in order to resolve them and credit the appropriate balance, investigate on various matters, gather information about the client inside our system and online are part of the daily activities. Besides this, there are weekly regional calls where the complex cases are discussed with the Portfolio Managers, Area Managers and the Operarional Managers in a teamwork effort to resolve them. But at the end of the day, itโs just about smoother and transparent communication from end to end between businesses with different fields of activity but with the same interest: to make it happend!
