TDAssistant Branch Manager
Aug. 2008 - Nov. 2021• Engages and influences employees and clients to achieve projected branch strategic goals. Provides training and mentoring to staff ensuring objectives (specifically focusing on customer interactions, sales and operational audits goals) are met and/or exceeded.
• Develop, reconcile, and maintain branch’s operational budget through preparing weekly operational and expense report. Performs research and reports findings to upper management while making adjustments to weekly expenses. • Ensures staff interactions and engagement with customers are in alignment with the culture and standards of the “Be Legendary Experience”.
• Provides oversight and guidance to staff to ensure branch provides legendary customer experiences.
• Reviews and monitors results received from data compiled, measured and reported through customer surveys and evaluated on a quarterly basis. • Serves as a Consultant for high-profiled ($750,000 or more in assets) business clients to assist them in achieving their financial goals.
• Serves as a Small Business Specialist and Loan Officer and assists businesses with raising capital. Identifies funding mechanisms and assists with Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans to meet their needs. • Supervises a diverse workforce, consisting of entry-level, mid-level and entry management members.
• Review and approve timesheets using MyHR when processing payroll.
• Oversees career development plans and conducts weekly meetings. Set, evaluate, and measure individual progress and goals. Provides weekly coaching and provide input for quarterly performance reviews.
• Re-engages and proactively follows-up with clients who have shown an interest in a product or service to close deals. Major Accomplishments
